Orders are typically processed and shipped within twelve business hours from payment clearance

Additional fees apply to orders requiring expedited service

USPS or Royal Mail services will be used for all shipments bearing a P.O, A.P.O or B.F.P.O destination address.

The time frame shown below does not apply to orders destined to a P.O, A.P.O or B.F.P.O address as additional time may be required after delivery.

The time frame shown below does not apply if the destination area is affected by severe weather that can delay delivery.

Address changes will be accepted only if requested in writing within 12 hours from the time the order was placed
