Appointment: PearlsOnly.com Names Mina Vayanou Vice President Of Operations

Houston, Texas - July 31, 2007 - PearlsOnly.com, one of the top e-commerce retailers of quality pearls, has appointed Ms Mina Vayanou to the position of Vice President of Operations.

Ms Vayanou, who had been in charge of Account Services at Telvent, an IT company, in Canada, will now be in charge of overseeing operations at PearlsOnly, and will facilitate the company's explosive growth as we move to gain a leading position in the industry. PearlsOnly, which has focused mainly on the United States and United Kingdom markets, is expanding its efforts and product line to capture an even larger market share in both geographic areas, as well as internationally. Ms Vayanou will greatly contribute to the team of executives that spearhead this drive.

Before joining PearlsOnly, Ms Vayanou oversaw the large-scale-project sales support efforts for Telvent. There she optimized that company's methods and contributed to greater customer satisfaction and increased sales.

Prior to Telvent she worked for Invensys, which provides industrial automation, transportation and controls.

Ms Vayanou is based in the PearlsOnly Asian office in Beijing, China.
