Please click on "Your Account", select "Returns and Exchanges" and follow these steps
1. Log into your account
2. Select your order from your account list and submit a refund request.
3. We will send you detailed return/exchange instructions and we will assign a PearlsOnly Customer Care Specialist to follow your return / exchange
The instructions will contain the Return Authorization number that must be prominently marked on the returning package.Orders returned without this number may incur a $20 handling charge.
Please note that returns and exchanges must be received by PearlsOnly prior to the expiry of the warranty period.Items received after the expiration of the warranty period, will be either shipped back at the customer's expense or simply discarded.
