If the item you purchased is not exactly what you had in mind then please login to your account, select your order from your account list and submit an exchange request.

Once PearlsOnly issues a RMA( Return Management Authorization ) number, we will also issue a gift certificate for an amount equal to the value of the exchange item. This can be used for the purchase of any other item currently available on line.

Upon receipt of our automated notification please follow the instructions and ensure that the exchanged item is shipped back to us packaged in its silk storage pouch.

Please do not include any bonus items, boxes or any other items received with the original order.

Also please note that returns and exchanges must be received by PearlsOnly prior to the expiry of the warranty period.

Gift Certificates issued for exchanges cannot be redeemed in cash or any other form of monetary refund.
