Going into the purchase, I knew next to nothing about pearls. I read their guides and what not. Then, I took their advice about asking their support group for advice. Getting a quick reply within less than three hours - I was stunned! I normally have to deal with technical providers on a day to day basis and none respond this fast to my business! Not only did they help me pick the perfect pearls, they even followed up to see how it worked out. As it turned out my original purchase was the wrong size (due to my own measurement error). I was personally contacted by a support member who promptly told me how to send back the pearls. After receiving my shipment to their return center, I was refunded within an hour of them receiving it (according to UPS). That was STUNNING. Silly me again messed up and forgot to add the gift certificate to my new purchase - they then informed me of this fault and promptly said they would add my gift certificate to the order. The same representative who I talked to from day one then contacted their accounting department and gave me a full refund on my credit card and used my gift certificate. All of this without me having to call multiple departments - This was my BEST experience with an online business to date. I'm planning to use their service more times in the future anytime I need beautiful jewelry from someone I can trust - Not to mention that the prices were amazing and my wife-to-be is in love with the pearls!
